A poem

I don't know if I am a great poet, but I'll post this one :

How I lost my friend
E-mailing can be very nice,

But for a small mistake

You may have to pay a heavy price.

I did lose a friend

Because of a message i did send.

This hole in our friendship doesn't seem to mend.

My reason was not to offend,

Maybe each other we couldn't comprehend.

Then there was a story so long,

That I cannot put it in my song.

Then someone spread a rumour ,

It was not taken in good humour.

Then to our friendship I had to say goodbye

There was no hello, no hi.

Oh! Did I want to cry

Then and there our relationship did die.

And, if you are wondering, this is based on a real life incident.

I'll post the 'Part -II' to this poem tomorrow.
